Ford F150 Rear View Mirror – The Mirror in Interior Design
In this article, I’m proposing some interior design ideas. I’m also analysing the purpose of the mirror in interior design. In this article, the mirror is viewed as something functional. There’s also clearly a decorative purpose to the mirror. However sometimes these points can be forgotten.
The mirror is work:
Suppose there is a small space e.g. a small-sized bathroom. It is used by the man for shaving for example, to wash teeth. But when a bit is so clearly functional as the mirror, there are ways to produce the mirror even more decorative. I’m saying here that in some way, it is simpler to make something so functional as the mirror inside this bathroom setting into something cosmetic. It is possible to aim to get a mirror with some element of ornamentation or you can choose to get a certain type of glass to your mirror. You can opt to get a certain color scheme in the bathroom and also to use the mirror as the central part in this scheme.
But when a mirror is so obviously functional, you can add mirrors that are more cosmetic in aim. You can have for example, mirrors at the foot degree. You can have mirrors which only show the stomach level.
The mirror is decoration:
In the living space, a lot of instances the mirror is put over the fireplace and if you consider this, there appears to be something cosmetic relating to this. It is decorative in the feeling that the mirror appears to be the main ornament. It is a central piece of decorative furniture and even though its purpose is obvious, decoration appears to be the main intent. If the main reason is cosmetic, then you can add to the inside by employing other mirrors at a more functional setting and showing up the decorative purpose of this central mirror over the fireplace. Again within this living room setting, you can show up the performance and decorativeness of this mirror object by adding mirrors at foot level along one of the walls.
Another inside design idea would be to put a folding mirror at the corner. . A sort of triptych of mirrors which fold inwards… Another thought would be to get a mirror on one wall continuing into the additional walls; Different effects can be used- e.g. two long rectangular mirrors of equal dimensions at the corners of each wall…or else the mirrors do not have to be the exact same size at all. The mirror afterward is decoration and function. What about the mirror as distance as a thing that creates distance.
The mirror is distance:
This is a famous intention of a mirror. Whenever you have a large space e.g. a hallway you can use mirrors in different ways to create more space and you can aim for this impact in small spaces such as an ordinary living space. However since you currently have a huge space in a gathering hall or a large retail area by way of example, how should mirrors be used? Then the mirror can be used in such ways as to make the inside. This is sometimes achieved when there are mirrors along a whole wall. There can be continuous mirrors along a wall or merely long vertical or horizontal rectangles of mirrors. You can have a mirror, then background then a mirror again. If the room is square, the corners of this room should have some design element. The corners of the rooms are in which the partitions ‘overlap’ and inside design effects can be used to highlight this region. The mirrors highlight in some way the central space but the side corners can also be highlighted through objects e.g. lampshades…
The mirror afterward is distance…and it is function. . Along with a great interior design idea would be to look at the mirror at a living room. If the mirror is over the fireplace, then ask why it is there. Can it be for function or decoration or another reason or probably a mixture of those three. In a living space, you may be unwittingly using the mirror as a central decorative thing but you are not bringing out the complete effect. This may be because of the mirror itself or general bad interior design planning to your room. In interior design, the intention of the space is a significant concept. The issue of having a definite purpose to your room appears whenever you are taking a look at your space and its own distance. The mirror must have a particular purpose and this purpose can be brought out through the way the mirror or mirrors merges with the colour tones in the space in addition to the overall distance and additional furniture of this room.
